Masterclass - 20th September 2022 for 10 weeks

Our Masterclass is designed to take you beyond the quest for greatest hits imagery and to make you think about why you photograph and what it is you’re trying to say with your photography. This is a project based workshop, if you are currently not working on a project we will help you to find what it is that most moves you about your photography and see if that is something you could expand upon into a project, if this is not possible we will suggest a few themes for you to explore.

You will be expected to be an active participant in group discussions of each others work, remembering at all times to be civil and constructive.

We will show you advanced post processing techniques in both Lightroom Classic and Photoshop CC, the monthly cost of which is approx. £10, all other post processing packages are beyond the scope of this course.

The majority of the course will be held over Zoom with a couple of sessions involving fine art printing (both digital and alternative printing) and location shooting. There may be an additional fee depending on cost of materials, hiring of studio space and model fees. These will all be discussed before any one is asked to pay.

We hope that you will make a book of your project, subject to you finishing it, but we also hope that you will submit up to 10 images from said project to go into a group book as a record of our time together.
